  3. AI Usage and Output Review Policy

Trust · Trust disclosure

MIRENA may assist the work; a human remains responsible for the final decision and publication.

This policy explains where AI is used, what users must provide, how outputs are reviewed, which uses are prohibited or restricted, and why generated material is never treated as automatic authority.

01

Purpose of AI use.

MIRENA uses AI to help organise SEO evidence, classify queries, map entities, plan pages, draft or rewrite content, suggest internal routes, and prepare review records.

AI is used as an assistance and orchestration layer. It is not treated as a source of truth, legal authority, security certification, accessibility certification, or publication permission.

02

Required human review.

  • Check facts against current sources
  • Confirm rights to input and output material
  • Review names, prices, dates, versions, markets, and claims
  • Check legal, privacy, security, accessibility, and professional implications
  • Test links, code, schema candidates, and rendered implementation
  • Confirm the page or asset still owns the correct job
  • Record approval by the person authorised to release the work
03

Restricted and prohibited reliance.

Do not use MIRENA as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, employment, credit, housing, insurance, migration, education, safety, or other decisions that require professional judgement or can materially affect a person.

Do not use outputs to profile people, infer sensitive traits, fabricate evidence, create fake reviews or case studies, impersonate a person, or conceal a material conflict.

04

Search and content use.

AI-assisted content can be used when it is accurate, relevant, useful, original in its contribution, reviewed, and consistent with rights, platform rules, and search policies.

Do not use MIRENA to mass-produce near-duplicate pages, scrape and lightly rewrite third-party content, create misleading structured data, or simulate evidence for search manipulation.

05

Disclosure and authorship.

A page should not claim to be wholly human-generated when that statement would be false and material to the reader. Disclosure should be proportionate to the context, risk, law, contract, and editorial standard.

A human byline means the named person is accountable for the published work; it should not hide unreviewed automated production.

06

Platform and data boundary.

MIRENA runs in ChatGPT, so OpenAI terms, usage policies, privacy settings, plan controls, and model behaviour apply. GPT builders cannot view individual conversations by default, but actions or external APIs can create separate data routes.

Users should not submit sensitive or confidential material unless they are authorised and the selected platform, plan, contract, and workflow are suitable.

07

Error, correction, and escalation.

A suspected factual, legal, privacy, security, accessibility, or harmful output should be held and escalated to the relevant owner. Material published errors follow the Corrections and Retractions Policy.

Sources

Check the controlling first-party and official sources.

These routes support the current public statement. External platform and legal sources remain subject to their own updates.
