Structured data and search presentation
Commission structured data and search presentation work.
Semantec SEO prepares supported markup and visible answer formats for your Semantic SEO project. Agree the facts, page content and output ownership, then commission the website changes and checks your project needs.
For businesses and agency partners
across all English speaking markets.

The commissioned work
Connect visible facts,
markup and page answers.
Review business identities, page roles, current structured data and the system responsible for publishing it. Plan justified types, properties and relationships against approved facts and visible content.
Prepare final JSON-LD where applicable after the full content and facts are approved. Make the agreed changes through the website’s output owner, then check the resulting markup and page output.
Search presentation work can include a declared query, market, date and device sample, with proposals for useful answer paragraphs, lists, tables or question blocks.
Facts and check states
A supported fact
starts the markup decision.
This illustration uses a published Semantec SEO fact. It shows a candidate relationship and the checks still needed, without presenting a live markup change or test result.
- Markup candidate
Organization.founderrelating the organisation to Kevin Maguire as aPerson. Review the complete identity model and existing output before preparing the markup.- Fact and output owner
- The business owner confirms the identity facts. The agreed website editor checks which existing theme, plugin or markup source owns the output.
- Technical check state
- Not tested in this illustration. Parsing and markup checks would examine the prepared code and final page output.
- Feature eligibility state
- Not assessed here. A supported property is not itself evidence that a page qualifies for a Google search feature.
- Search display
- No search appearance or AI citation is asserted. This record is an example of a proposed decision, not a result preview.
The Schema.org founder property describes the founder relationship. The property definition and a successful technical check do not determine search display.
The agreed outputs
Receive the markup work
and its evidence record.

The proposal defines the pages, research, editing and checks included.
- Identity and page plan
- Business and page identities, justified types and relationships, current output ownership and unresolved facts.
- Evidence matrix and markup
- Facts mapped to visible content, sources, properties and reviewers. Final supported
JSON-LDwhere applicable, with agreed website editing and output checks. - Answer and search presentation proposals
- Visible answer formats, supporting evidence and content instructions based on the page task and declared search sample.
- Commissioned visibility observations
- Search feature or AI answer observations with the engine, query or prompt, date, market and known device or account context recorded.
- Check findings and maintenance
- Technical and policy findings, unresolved issues, review owners and triggers for another check after content, template or policy changes.
Scoped AI search reviews
Record what appears
in the agreed sample.
Where commissioned, review the declared queries or prompts and record observed answers, links and sources. A page not seen in that sample is not proof that it never appears.
Google says its AI search features need no special schema or AI files. That guidance concerns Google Search; other providers need their own current policies and observation context.
Technical correctness, feature eligibility and search display are different questions. Google does not promise a rich result even when markup is correct.
Inputs and responsibilities
Bring approved content
and name the output owner.

Supply the full approved page content, business identity facts and verified service, product or person details relevant to the project. Share the existing markup, platform and the system responsible for its output.
Agree the query, market and date sample for search research. You confirm business and commercial facts, approve the content and authorise changes to markup or its output owner.
AI supports our internal research, planning, production and review throughout delivery. Semantec SEO performs the commissioned work and supplies the agreed outputs.
These are premium projects priced by scope. The proposal sets fees, timing, editing, factual review, approval, publication and maintenance responsibilities. Findings can also inform agreed research or briefing work.
Before a project
Questions about
the work.

Can you work with existing markup?
Yes. Review the current content, markup sources and output owner before agreeing changes. The scope identifies who edits, approves and checks the final page.
Does Service markup qualify a page for a Google rich result?
Schema.org defines Service, but Google’s rich result gallery does not list a general Service feature. We check the applicable feature guidance against the page’s approved content. Valid markup alone does not guarantee a rich result or other search display.
Does a passed technical test mean a search feature will appear?
No. Technical checks examine the markup and page output. Policy eligibility and a search engine’s display decision are separate questions.
Are writing and website changes included?
The proposal defines the content, markup and website tasks included, with review and publication responsibilities. Page writing or briefing can form part of the agreed project.
Can you promise rankings or AI citations?
No. Rankings, indexing, search features and AI citations are external outcomes. We define the work and report the evidence and limits of the agreed checks or observations.
