1. Purpose and policy order
This Disclaimer governs claims, reliance, output limitations, professional-advice boundaries, external systems, and result expectations.
Mandatory law controls first. Subscription Terms govern paid access; Refund Policy governs refunds and remedies; Privacy Policy governs personal data; Acceptable Use governs permitted conduct.
2. No result promise
Semantec SEO and MIRENA do not promise ranking, crawling, indexation, search-feature selection, AI citation, traffic, links, leads, sales, revenue, savings, conversion, or return on investment.
Illustrative workflows, scores, examples, mock-ups, comparisons, and templates are not evidence of a client or future result.
3. AI output can be wrong
AI-generated or AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, biased, fabricated, or unsuitable for the actual site, entity, audience, contract, region, product, platform, or implementation.
Check names, dates, statistics, quotes, sources, prices, terms, law, policies, URLs, code, links, schema, and technical instructions before use.
4. Human review and final responsibility
The user decides what is accepted, edited, tested, published, delivered, relied on, or rejected.
The person or organisation acting on the output remains responsible for factual accuracy, rights, contracts, clients, professional duties, accessibility, security, privacy, code, implementation, and release.
5. Not professional advice
MIRENA does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, employment, security, accessibility certification, or other regulated professional advice.
Use an appropriately qualified professional for a decision that requires specialist judgement or can materially affect a person, rights, money, safety, health, employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, or legal position.
6. Search engine and platform independence
Semantec SEO does not control Google, Bing, other search systems, OpenAI, ChatGPT, WordPress, hosting, payment, access, analytics, or other providers.
A technically valid page or markup can remain ineligible, unselected, unindexed, misrendered, unavailable, or affected by later platform changes.
7. Technical and live implementation
A plan, file, code sample, schema candidate, plugin, or importer is not proof that the target environment will work safely.
Test the real CMS, theme, plugins, scripts, consent, routes, responsive layout, accessibility, security, performance, metadata, and rollback before release.
8. Third-party links and references
A link or reference does not mean that the third party endorses Semantec SEO, MIRENA, the page, or an output.
External terms, privacy notices, prices, documentation, availability, and content can change. Verify the current source before relying on it.
9. Pricing and commercial value
Pricing and plan statements describe access under the applicable offer and terms. They do not guarantee that the subscription will produce a financial or commercial benefit.
Use the current Pricing page, checkout, order confirmation, Subscription Terms, and Refund Policy rather than an older screenshot, example, article, or social post.
10. Intellectual property and permitted use
A source citation does not automatically grant permission to reproduce protected expression, data, images, or software.
Users remain responsible for input and output rights. Protected MIRENA instructions, knowledge files, configuration, backend logic, and access controls may not be extracted or repackaged.
11. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to mandatory law, Semantec SEO is not responsible for loss caused by unauthorised input, unreviewed output, external platforms, user implementation, rights infringement, or reliance outside the stated purpose.
12. Corrections and contact
Send a suspected misleading or incorrect claim to privacy@semantecseo.com with the page URL, wording, source, date, and proposed correction.
