Semantec SEO · Website terms
Terms of Use
These terms explain how you may use Semantec SEO’s website and public content. They cover lawful use, intellectual property, communications and the limits of general information.
Commissioned Semantic SEO work has its own proposal and agreed project terms. Use those documents for the work, fees, responsibilities and delivery arrangements. Any mandatory legal rights that apply remain in place.

Operator and website use
Kevin Maguire, trading as Semantec SEO, operates this website from Clane, County Kildare, Ireland. The agency provides commissioned SEO services for businesses and agency partners across English speaking markets.
Use the website only where you are legally able to do so. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. If you do not accept the terms that apply to your use, stop that use.

Using content lawfully
You may browse, link to, print and refer to public information for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to the rights that apply. A link or citation does not grant permission to reproduce protected text, images, data or software.
Respect copyright, trademarks, confidentiality and other rights. Do not misrepresent affiliation, bypass access controls, interfere with the website, harm people or systems, or copy protected collections unlawfully. Rights in commissioned work are set by the project agreement.

Commissioned agency work
The agreed proposal and project terms define the work and outputs, inputs, factual reviews, website access, fees, timing and publication responsibilities. Additional tasks or changes to scope need the agreement required for that project.
Provide material you are authorised to share and identify who can confirm business or specialist facts. Semantec SEO remains responsible for its agreed work and applicable legal duties. Client review does not transfer those duties away from the agency.

Website information and links
Public explanations, examples and tools may not suit your circumstances or a later change. Check the relevant facts and obtain suitable specialist advice for a decision that requires it. The SEO and AI disclaimer explains the limits of general information and search outcomes.
External websites have their own terms, privacy information and service conditions. A link does not establish endorsement, partnership or a warranty. Public website content and features may be corrected, reorganised or removed.

Legal rights and responsibility
Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Responsibility for commissioned work follows the applicable law and the agreed project terms.
Irish law applies to these website terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply elsewhere. You retain any complaint, regulatory or court route available under the law. Contact the agency first where a question or dispute can be resolved through discussion.

Communications and corrections
Send website and project questions to support@semantecseo.com. Send privacy, security or legal questions to privacy@semantecseo.com. Include the relevant URL or project context and describe the question clearly.
Provide only information you are authorised to share. Leave out passwords, secret keys, full payment card details and unrelated sensitive information. Personal information received by the agency is covered by its privacy information. Report incorrect website content so it can be checked.
