Use MIRENA for legitimate, authorised SEO work with suitable review.
The policy permits planning, briefing, auditing, drafting, rewriting, internal linking, and reviewed client work, while prohibiting harm, deception, infringement, spam, unauthorised access, account sharing, control circumvention, sensitive-data misuse, and unreviewed high-stakes reliance.

1. Scope and policy order
This policy governs use of semantecseo.com and the MIRENA service. Mandatory law controls. OpenAI terms and Usage Policies govern ChatGPT. The Subscription Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer govern their own subjects.
A use is not permitted merely because one document does not list it.
2. Permitted SEO work
An active subscriber may use MIRENA to plan site architecture, topical maps, page roles, query groups, content briefs, audits, drafts, rewrites, internal routes, answer formats, and schema candidates for a site the subscriber owns or is authorised to work on.
The work must use lawful inputs, remain within the site's real context, receive suitable review, and comply with client, professional, platform, and legal duties.
3. Authorised client work
A named subscriber may use, edit, combine, publish, and deliver reviewed outputs for the subscriber's own business and authorised clients during an active subscription.
The subscriber remains responsible for the client contract, source rights, confidentiality, claims, disclosures, implementation, and final approval. MIRENA access and protected product material may not be transferred to the client.
4. Third-party material and intellectual property
Competitor pages, screenshots, excerpts, datasets, and other material may be used only where the user has rights or another lawful basis and uses no more than is necessary for analysis.
Do not bypass access controls, scrape unlawfully, copy or lightly rewrite protected expression for republication, remove rights notices, or use MIRENA to reconstruct a protected database or competing product.
5. No deceptive or manipulative search activity
Do not use MIRENA to create fake reviews, testimonials, case studies, citations, customers, results, endorsements, or evidence.
Do not create doorway pages, hidden content, cloaking, link spam, misleading structured data, query-variation pages, stitched content, or low-value scaled pages whose main purpose is to manipulate rankings.
6. No harmful, illegal, or abusive activity
Do not use the service to threaten, harass, defame, exploit, facilitate violence, promote hateful harm, sexualise or endanger minors, create non-consensual intimate content, facilitate self-harm, or support unlawful activity.
Do not use the service to create malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, evasion, weapons assistance, or other harmful technical or physical activity.
7. Privacy, confidential material, and profiling
Do not submit credentials, full card details, health records, legal secrets, regulated data, or unnecessary personal data by default.
Do not monitor people, infer sensitive traits, score individuals, or make material employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, legal, medical, or similar decisions without a lawful and permitted basis and qualified review.
8. Accounts, automation, and circumvention
Do not share credentials, pool one subscription across users, resell access, automate the ChatGPT interface with bots or headless browsers, obtain access fraudulently, or bypass payment, entitlement, rate, safety, or technical controls.
MIRENA access is not an API or bulk automation licence. A different access model requires written agreement and must also comply with OpenAI rules.
9. Security and service integrity
Do not probe, scan, overload, disrupt, extract from, or interfere with systems without written authorisation. Do not access another person's account, data, or non-public area.
Good-faith reporting within the Responsible Disclosure policy remains permitted. Testing beyond that boundary requires prior written scope.
10. AI output, disclosure, and responsibility
MIRENA output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. Verify facts, sources, names, dates, statistics, quotes, claims, URLs, law, code, links, and schema.
Do not represent AI-assisted work as wholly human-generated where that would be false and material. The person or organisation publishing or acting on the output remains responsible.
11. Enforcement
Semantec SEO may investigate, preserve relevant evidence, warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, refuse renewal, or report conduct where necessary to protect users, systems, rights, payment, or law.
Immediate restriction may occur where delay increases safety, security, fraud, legal, rights, or service-integrity risk. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain in place.
12. Review and appeal
A person affected by an enforcement decision may request review within 14 calendar days by emailing privacy@semantecseo.com with the account, decision, dates, relevant facts, and reason.
Semantec SEO targets acknowledgement within five business days and a review response within 30 calendar days, subject to complexity. Review does not guarantee reinstatement.
13. Changes and contact
The canonical version applies from its stated date. The policy should be reviewed after a material change to MIRENA, its external actions, OpenAI rules, subscription model, law, or enforcement process.
