Semantec SEO Website Terms of Use

Version 1.0
Reviewed 15 August 2026
Owner: Kevin Maguire trading as Semantec SEO

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Kevin Maguire trading as Semantec SEO, Central Park, Clane, Ireland, when you access or use semantecseo.com.

They govern the public website, articles, documentation, downloads, brand materials, contact routes, and other content made available without a paid MIRENA subscription. Paid access is governed by the Subscription Terms and order confirmation.

2. Acceptance and capacity

By using the website, you agree to these terms and the documents that govern a specific feature or subject. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant part of the website.

You must have legal capacity to use the service. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. Separate OpenAI age and account rules apply when you follow a link to ChatGPT.

3. Permitted website use

You may browse, cite, link to, print, and use public information for lawful personal or business reference, subject to copyright, database, trade-mark, confidentiality, and other rights.

You may not use the site to harm people or systems, misrepresent affiliation, bypass controls, interfere with service, scrape at abusive scale, reproduce protected collections, or create a competing product from protected materials.

4. Public information and no reliance

Website information is provided for general product, company, SEO, documentation, trust, legal, and educational purposes. It may not describe every circumstance, jurisdiction, platform state, or later change.

Use current canonical documents for product, price, privacy, cookie, subscription, refund, acceptable-use, and disclaimer questions. Verify facts and obtain specialist advice where the matter requires it.

5. Intellectual property

Unless another owner is identified, the website design, copy, graphics, marks, product materials, prompt architecture, documentation, compilations, and original resources are owned by or licensed to Semantec SEO.

No right is granted to extract protected MIRENA instructions, knowledge files, agent files, configuration, backend logic, access controls, or other non-public product material. Limited quotation, linking, and lawful use remain subject to applicable law.

6. User communications and submissions

When you send a support, privacy, correction, press, or other message, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the material and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, secret keys, full payment-card details, unlawful content, or personal data that is not necessary. The Privacy Policy governs personal data received directly by Semantec SEO.

7. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to ChatGPT, OpenAI, Stripe, Authflow.ai, Google, WordPress, official regulators, sources, or other third parties. A link is not an endorsement, partnership, warranty, or adoption of the third party's content.

External services have their own terms, privacy notices, cookies, availability, security, and charges. Semantec SEO does not control them.

8. Availability and changes

Semantec SEO may update, correct, reorganise, suspend, or remove website content and features. The company does not promise continuous availability, error-free operation, permanent URLs, or preservation of every historical page.

Material changes to legal or commercial rights should be stated in the applicable document and, where required, notified to affected users.

9. Prohibited conduct and enforcement

Semantec SEO may restrict access, preserve evidence, investigate, remove content, or report suspected unlawful activity where necessary to protect users, rights, systems, providers, or legal obligations.

The Acceptable Use Policy governs MIRENA and broader service use. An enforcement action does not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to mandatory law, Semantec SEO is not responsible for loss caused by unauthorised use, external platforms, reliance on unverified information, or a user's implementation decision.

The Legal Disclaimer contains the detailed limits for AI output, professional advice, search outcomes, external systems, and implementation.

11. Governing law and disputes

Irish law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in another country. The parties should first use the published contact route to try to resolve a dispute.

A consumer retains the right to use applicable complaint, alternative-dispute, regulatory, and court routes. These terms do not require a consumer to give up a mandatory jurisdiction or remedy.

12. Changes, severability, and contact

The version published at the canonical URL applies from its stated effective date. A material adverse change applies prospectively and is subject to notice required by law.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent possible. Questions about website use may be sent to support@semantecseo.com; legal or policy questions may be sent to privacy@semantecseo.com.
