Legal · Institutional directory
The legal document that owns the question controls.
This directory separates website use, privacy, cookies, refunds, subscription access, acceptable use, reliance limits, affiliations, and copyright notices so one document does not silently override another.
Verified facts and boundaries.
These fields identify the entity, product, document, or operational boundary without turning related parties into the same entity.
Document hierarchy.
Mandatory law controls first. A specific document controls its own subject: Subscription Terms for paid access, Refund Policy for voluntary and statutory remedies, Privacy Policy for personal data, Cookie Policy for device storage and access, Acceptable Use for permitted use, and the Disclaimer for claims and reliance.
A summary page, FAQ, screenshot, email, social post, or older document does not override the current canonical document, order confirmation, or mandatory right.

Parties and service identity.
Paid MIRENA access is sold by Kevin Maguire trading as Semantec SEO, Central Park, Clane, Ireland. MIRENA is the product and workflow name. It is not a separate legal person or an OpenAI foundation model.
MIRENA runs in ChatGPT. OpenAI terms, account rules, usage policies, plan limits, privacy controls, and platform availability apply separately.
Consumer and business customers.
A consumer may have mandatory rights under Irish or other applicable consumer law that these documents do not remove. A business customer may have different statutory protections and should ensure the person subscribing has authority to bind the organisation.
The checkout, order confirmation, current Pricing page, and Subscription Terms should identify the customer status and commercial terms that apply to the order.
Contact and correction.
Use support@semantecseo.com for product, access, account, billing, cancellation, refund, and general business matters. Use privacy@semantecseo.com for privacy, cookies, data rights, security, legal-policy, or correction matters.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, secret keys, full card details, or unrelated sensitive personal data.
Review status.
Each legal document is maintained as a separate canonical record and should be adopted only after review by the accountable business and specialist owners.
The operative published version must match the live checkout, providers, account flow, cookie inventory, product configuration, and mandatory rights that apply on its effective date.

Move to the page that owns the next question.
Each route has a separate job so company, product, trust, legal, and compliance information does not collapse into one promotional page.
