What the plan includes.

  • Information-gain, internal-link, answer-format, and schema-candidate planning
  • Current core system updates under the subscription terms

03

What remains separate.

The subscription does not include a ChatGPT plan, OpenAI usage, model entitlement, additional OpenAI charges, or guaranteed platform availability.

It also does not include keyword databases, crawl tools, analytics, rank tracking, link platforms, WordPress development, content publication, site migration, legal review, accessibility certification, or client approval.

04

VAT and the binding total.

The €20 figure is the base subscription price. The checkout should display the total payable amount, including applicable VAT and other mandatory charges, before the order is placed.

The Founder-rate promise applies to the base price. It does not freeze tax, currency conversion, card, bank, OpenAI, or other third-party charges.

05

Renewal and cancellation.

The subscription renews every 30 days until cancelled. A cancellation request should reach support@semantecseo.com before the next renewal is processed.

Paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period unless a refund, legal remedy, security action, or serious breach ends access earlier.

06

Refunds and consumer rights.

The current Refund Policy provides a voluntary first-period refund when the original purchaser requests it within 30 days of the initial charge, subject to the policy and mandatory rights.

Irish and EU consumer law may provide additional withdrawal, conformity, price-reduction, refund, or termination rights. Mandatory rights are not removed by the voluntary policy.

07

What the subscription does not promise.

The plan provides access to an SEO workflow. It does not promise rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, rich results, citations, or return on investment.

The user remains responsible for the final factual, editorial, legal, technical, accessibility, client, and business decisions.
