MIRENA is not a separate company, legal person, or OpenAI foundation model. OpenAI supplies the ChatGPT platform. Semantec SEO creates and maintains the MIRENA configuration, workflow, product materials, support, and access terms.

MIRENA sits between evidence and release. It does not replace keyword, crawl, analytics, link, or rank-tracking platforms. It takes supplied evidence and turns it into a controlled decision path.

What a MIRENA output contains.
A MIRENA output is intended to retain the identity of the input, the decisions taken, the evidence used, the exclusions, the approval state, and the next route.
That structure is the product's main difference from an isolated writing prompt. A map should be ready to brief. A brief should be ready to draft. A rewrite should show what changed and what remains unresolved.
External platform and account boundary.
A MIRENA subscription does not include a ChatGPT account, OpenAI plan, model entitlement, usage allowance, or guarantee of platform availability. The user must comply with current OpenAI terms and controls.
OpenAI states that GPT builders cannot view individual conversations with their GPTs. Training, retention, memory, and Temporary Chat behaviour depend on the user's plan, settings, and current OpenAI policies. An action or external API can create a separate data route.
Outcome and reliance limits.
MIRENA improves the organisation of SEO work. It does not promise rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, sales, citations, snippets, rich results, or return on investment.
Users remain responsible for source rights, factual accuracy, claims, client approval, legal and regulatory fit, code, links, schema, accessibility, and production implementation.
